To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or altered in any way will not be eligible for return.

- Non-returnable Items: Certain products are exempt from being returned, including personalized items, custom orders, and any clearance or sale items.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the return address.
- Step 3: Pack your item securely and include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Please make sure that the item is in its original packaging.
- Step 4: Send the package using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
